PCB holds approximately 169,000 sqm of income generating assets with an occupancy rate of 92% and an additional 167,000 sqm (hed by Ispro) of land reserves for future construction in high-demand areas. All buildings
are managed by various company subsidiaries.
PBC specializes in the initiation, planning, development and construction of quality residential neighborhoods that create areas of demand. All neighborhoods are constructed as all-inclusive “residential parks” that include full environmental development and associated community services such as expansive public parks, trails, pavements and parking lots. Among the many projects are Park Shaul Kfar Saba, Maron Nave Petah Tikva, Rehovot Sheli, Merom Nave Holon, the Nave Noff Tower in Bat-Yam, Karkur and more. Pbc also marketing a project named: Nave Avivim in Netanya. The company also holds (in partnerships) building rights for an additional residential units, 62 of which are already in different stages of construction. In addition, PBC markets 13 completed housing units. On Q1-Q4 2020, PBC sold approximately 38 residential units.
