In Israel, PBC is engaged in the initiation, planning, development, construction, rental, and management of income generating assets and construction of quality residential neighborhoods. In addition, the company also operates various initiatives within the agriculture industry.
In the field of income generating assets, activities include: commercial and industrial parks, office buildings, commercial centers and various structures for industry, workshops and storage. All assets are located in high-demand areas that attract quality tenants such as: Apple, General Electric, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Pfizer, Phillips, Teva, Yahoo, Zara, Super Pharm, Shufersal and more. In addition, the Group is also engaged in designated construction that is executed in accordance with specific customer requirements for extended rental periods. In Israel, PCB holds approximately 1,237,000 sqm of income generating assets with an occupancy rate of 97% and an additional 617,000 sqm of land reserves for future construction in high-demand areas. All buildings
are managed by various company subsidiaries.
PBC specializes in the initiation, planning, development and construction of quality residential neighborhoods that create areas of demand. All neighborhoods are constructed as all-inclusive “residential parks” that include full environmental development and associated community services such as expansive public parks, trails, pavements and parking lots. Among the many projects are Park Shaul Kfar Saba, Maron Nave Petah Tikva, Rehovot Sheli, Merom Nave Holon, the Nave Noff Tower in Bat-Yam, Ramat HaNasi in Haifa, Karkur and more. Pbc also marketing a project named: Nave Avivim in Netanya. The company also holds (in partnerships) building rights for an additional residential units, 645 of which are already in different stages of construction. On Q1 2019, PBC sold approximately 44 residential units.
In the field of agriculture, PBC operates by way of its subsidiary Mehadrin (45% ownership) which is Israel’s leading exporter of citrus fruit. Mehadrin is engaged in a wide range of activities within the agriculture industry in general and the citrus industry in particular. As such, company activities include processing of 3,400 hectares of land, packaging and marketing to both domestic and foreign markets.
